8:00PM SPECIAL EVENT – Light+Justice Night Walk (meet in lobby of Pier 27 @ 8:00PM)

Hosted by Edward Bartholomew, IALD, LC, LEED AP, IES, Principal Bartholomew Lighting

Light+Justice Night Walk will explore lighting inequities in public spaces. This guided night walk through a local San Francisco neighborhood will highlight how lighting distinguishes areas of privilege and power in contrast to the poor lighting conditions of adjacent under-served communities. Once you see this disparity, you cannot unsee it, which can inspire participants to work to provide just lighting solutions for everyone. (Neighborhood to be determined.)
